So Starbreeze finally released a demo of their upcoming game, The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena. It’s been a cooperative effort with Tigon Studios and is the sequel, or remake + sequel, of The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay.

I have been looking forward to this game since they announced it a while back, but I have to say, the demo was kind of a let down. I mean, it gives you a little taste of everything: hand to hand, using drone guns, using actual guns, and even controlling one of the drones. So I guess that is cool, it’s just that nothing exciting happens in the tiny slice of the game that they throw you into.

The demo is available now on Xbox LIVE for all of you that have an Xbox 360, and I hear it is coming out sometime later this month on the Playstation Network.
