		<description>As far as mods for Fallout 3 go, there are definitely ones that are total cheats and others that just change things around a bit. There are actually a lot of popular mods in the community that make the game significantly harder to play. When a developer like Bethesda releases GECK or similar modding tool the community is going to make tweaks to make the game play differently.

I love the game the way Bethesda made it, and I played it through the first time without mods. But playing while playing through the second time playing around with different mods is a lot of fun for me, and the reason i got the game on PC and not Xbox 360</description>
