That part made me stop listening. 1. Buying a PS3 in response to getting your system banned doesn't hurt Microsoft. You already don't give them money, so why would they care? 2. There is no reason to mod an Xbox other than piracy. It doesn't allow you to play imports, and indie development requires a live account and unmodded Xbox. The dev kit isn't illegal, it's free, and if you want to actually sell your games you probably don't want to have a hacked system. Whoever it was that gave homebrew as an excuse should have been corrected. 3. If you want support from publishers (money or free games) you probably should avoid telling them that you're not paying for their games. 4.
