What was the exact nature of Bungie’s ‘bomb’ though? There doesn’t seem anything THAT big or new in here… :|

I’ve got to be honest… while it looks fun I’m not really blown away by anything I’m seeing. It just looks like Halo 3.5 multiplayer. Am I wrong?

I skipped halo 3 and ODST because I was so disappointed in 2. but I’m actually kind of excited for this one.

Its about time Bungie actually worked the co-op nature of the halo campaign into the narrative and as for the multilayer, well this video looks pretty fun…. I’m almost sold

This, even as fucking awesome as it is, seems like a logical next step for Halo multiplayer. See, a “bomb” to me would have been something a little more epic. Something like MAG level 256 player skirmish with Bungie quality multiplayer. I could be wrong but I’m kinda tired of companies telling me to take a seat and prepare myself for something that isn’t all that mind blowing. Capcom told me to wait until a megaton announcement to find out it was Bionic Commando. Why set yourself up for a potential fizzle when your shizzle is the real dizzle?
